All TANG participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/or responsible adult that is also registered for the conference (full stay or commuter).
Any registrant may be informed within 7 days that their registration will not be permitted due to past code of conduct violations.
How to register:
- Register all your family members at the same time by clicking "Add Registrant" (not "Finish and Pay") at the end of each application. Please register everyone in your family that will be at the conference including children < 4 years old.
Registration Dates:
- EARLY BIRD ends April 30th, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
- REGULAR REGISTRATION ends June 1st, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
- FULL RESIDENT LATE REGISTRATION ends June 14th, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
- COMMUTER LATE REGISTRATION ends June 24th, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
Due to TANG receiving a generous first time scholarship grant supporting our operations, we are able to pass on savings in the form of reduced registration fees for all families with TANG campers (HS and below).
WCU Full Stay Registrants: Linen packages can be rented from WCU for the conference ($20). Linen package includes a flat sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcase, bath towel, wash cloth, hand towel, pillow, and a thin blanket. We highly encourage bringing your own linens, towels, blanket, and pillow for comfort and quality. 
Commuter Registrants: If you would like to stay at a local hotel with a group rate, please make your own reservations with the link below. There are limited rooms available at the group rate, so it will be first come first serve. There will be no shuttle to and from the hotel to West Chester University. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I register late?
From June 14th to June 24th, you can register late only as a commuter per the rate chart above. After June 24th, registration is officially closed.
What if I can't stay for the whole conference?
Unfortunately, we are unable to prorate registration fees. Please make a comment at the end of the registration process which nights you will be staying in the dorms. Alternatively, there is the option to register as a commuter and stay at a local hotel. We do not offer commuter options for TANG Sprouts, JRs, JH, and HS.
